A new chapter started with our long term partner TNT Express as their contract with Moxx for Mobile Life Cycle Management Services had been extended. In the frame of the extended agreement, TNT is enabled to keep using their current mobile fleet - so no investment in new devices is necessary. Working with “old devices” holds several risk factors though, since these equipment are more likely to fail and the adaption of new technologies is more difficult with them.

The periodic heartbeats generate an information flow which continuously fills the Moxx Service Portal with health- and usage data. This enables us to act proactively on possible disturbances and prevent failures.
